My name is Laith. For 12 years, I've been doing this work, but my journey started long before I opened my own company. I worked for all the big leading companies in the industry. I had called a few companies and Laith came in and was amazing. He told me exactly what we needed to do and with in two days he had his guy here working . We cleaned the crawl space and put in traps to see if there were any more rodents underneath before we continue with the insulation. Sure enough we caught a rat with in 1 week. Thank you Laith. They are coming back to do the insulation and confirming every opening is closed out for Rodent proofing. Laith also took care of us with a very competitive price! Fantastic experience using this company! We were struggling with roof rats that had gotten into our attic from a neighbor's untrimmed tree. The issues with the rodents escalated quickly as no matter what company we used they came back! We called Attic Zain to take a look and they were so thorough ! We found they had damaged HVAC tubing, insulation and even roof vents. Our barrel tile roof left lots of areas that were compromised from below but when the team started working they took care of every area! I cannot say enough good things about the work! Very impressed how fast they got the total clean out and replacements of HVAC completed! Quality work and reasonable price! I also was very impressed with the communication & customer service. I Would say part of the decision to go with this company instead of the other three I interviewed was based on the honestly and really good communication I experienced when the owner came out to survey the situation. They did a great job in replacing our air ducts. They showed up on time and cleaned everything afterward; very professional. They explained what they were going to do and why they selected the specific materials. We would definitely recommend them.
